On Sunday, December 3rd, 2006, I had the pleasure of the 3 guests in the studio with me, David, Christine, & K from Kung Fu For Life Schools. I originally started training in martial arts Aikido and Kung fu since 1974. I have been training at KFFL here in Spokane almost 3 years. They have a great attitude about martial arts (none of the macho over competitive hollywood-ized baloney of most places in the USA). This was a pleasant show, and informative if you're at all curious.

The interview covered about 1.5 hours of my 2 hour show, and then finished with the last 30 minutes with music.
